B Carter Consulting LLC ("Scalier," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-based AI automation agency providing growth systems for general contractors and B2B service businesses. Our registered business address is in Austin, Texas.

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering the Services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security measures. Current subprocessors include:

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

SMS Data Non-Sharing Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Aggregated or De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for purposes such as industry research, marketing, or service improvement.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods include:

  • Active client account data: Duration of the service relationship plus 3 years
  • Financial and billing records: 7 years (required by tax and accounting laws)
  • Communication records: 3 years from the date of communication
  • Website usage data and analytics: 24 months
  • End-User Data (your contacts/leads): Exported and deleted within 15 business days of service termination upon request
  • Support ticket records: 2 years from resolution

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it using industry-standard methods. Physical records, if any, are shredded or otherwise irreversibly destroyed.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include:
